Return & Refund Policy

1. General Scope

Thank you for shopping with MaplePixel Studio. If you are not entirely satisfied with your physical merchandise purchase, we're here to help.

2. Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card.

3. Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Digital goods and downloadable software products once accessed.
• Custom developed assets or specialized engineering services after project milestones are approved.
• Subscription services that have been partially utilized during a billing cycle.

4. Return Process

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@maplepixel-studio.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
